Economy Inn Tonawanda

Most of the room was clean, but one bed was covered in stains. We were told not to turn on the air conditioning because the central air was on. I guarantee there wasn’t a central air vent in that place. At night, it seemed like there was some kind of flying insect nest, with HUNDREDS of bugs on our door. We had to rush inside and kill the ones that came in. There was no way to avoid them.

Getting a room was quick, and it was clean. Not a bad place.

We paid for a week, and the stay was horrible. The room reeked when we walked in, and there was a dead cockroach in the fridge. One night I got up to use the bathroom, switched on the light, and cockroaches scattered across the floor and disappeared into the tub seams and radiator. The next day, while I was making food in the microwave, roaches came out of every vent. The motel owners were mean and nasty, gave us attitude, and even called us a slur after we turned down room service. The building’s water was bright blue, too. This place is a risk to your health and well-being!

I was traveling with my kids, and the owners made me feel safe. We got good value, and the room had AC, a heater, fridge, and TV. The room and shower were clean, and the shower worked properly. The bathroom door stuck a little.
