Noe's Nest Bed and Breakfast

I found Noe's Nest because I wanted somewhere near Pier 80 for a show, and it turned out to be just right. I only managed one night, which was the worst part, and I can't wait to stay longer and spend more time in the beautiful backyard garden. The house is lovely and feels full of love, from the Christmas window display greeting me when I arrived to the fantastic breakfast Noe made. It was such a relaxing, pleasant stay. If you're considering it, book it, you won't regret it.

Sheila Rubinson, the one and only, runs this beautiful, unusual bed and breakfast. She welcomed me into her home and gave me an interesting tour before showing me my room. My short stay was very comfortable, and the other guests were lovely. I enjoyed breakfast, though there weren't many vegetarian or vegan choices. The back garden is beautiful too, and I'd definitely return.

The garden is a lovely finishing touch, and the breakfast was the highlight for me, very much like German standards. Noes Nest is a fantastic place, and Sheila, the owner, greets you warmly. At first there's so much to take in, you don't know where to look. Then she shows you the house and all her collected treasures and antiques, sharing a story about each and letting you into her life. You start to understand the special value of this home, so lovingly shared with guests. It was an experience we'll always remember and wouldn't want to have missed.
