NH Brugge Hotel

The bar is cozy, and it’s an easy walk to the Grote Markt. The hotel was clean and comfortably decorated, with excellent service. We also got free drink vouchers for choosing not to have our towels washed. The spacious rooms worked well for our family, with everything we needed from a kettle and bar fridge to bathtubs. The beds were reasonably comfortable. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay!

The rooms are a little dated, which is understandable given the age of the building, but I’d definitely return and recommend it. I stayed two nights with a couple of mates. The location is fantastic, with everything walkable and plenty of bars and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Service was very friendly.

I expect a clear response explaining how this issue will be handled. Please take it seriously and investigate Sabine’s conduct, with appropriate action to prevent it happening again. Someone representing the hotel should be professional, attentive, and respectful, and she showed none of those qualities. I’m writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with the check-in service. Sabine was extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, and frankly disrespectful. She was cold and dismissive from the moment I approached the desk. During our interaction, she repeatedly behaved as if she couldn’t hear me, so I had to repeat basic information several times. It didn’t seem like a language problem, but a deliberate unwillingness to help. Check-in took over 30 minutes as a result, which is completely unreasonable for a hotel of this standard. It caused needless frustration and significantly affected my arrival. This was a fundamental failure of basic hospitality, not just poor service.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, second to none. Our room was very comfortable, and breakfast was very good, with a great choice of food and drinks.
