We're here now, and the noise is awful. Guests in other apartments came back at 2am and are still partying at 3.18am. There's nobody on site to keep an eye on it. The worst place we've ever stayed.

The apartment was large, comfortable, and above all, very clean, with plenty of room for seven of us. The website description and photos matched what we found, and we appreciated the welcome kit. The location made it easy to get around. A wonderful experience.

It was a great place for our group, with a convenient Florence location. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. They were helpful with anything we needed. A great experience.

There were nine of us, and the apartment felt roomy and welcoming. The Wine staff were available throughout the booking and made the whole experience really positive. They were courteous, capable, and helpful at every step.

We were grateful they let us check out a bit later, so we didn't have to rush around with our bags and little one. The apartment was spacious, with two bathrooms and very comfortable beds, and had everything our family needed. We were delighted with the stay and would definitely come back. Thank you so much!
