I booked at the last minute, so it wasn’t cheap, but the apartment had everything I needed and the staff replied immediately when I asked questions online. The bathroom has a handy feature that dries clothes when you hang them up, and they even supplied detergent. There’s a nice cafe downstairs. The location is great, on quiet little roads lined with restaurants and bars. It’s about a 14-minute walk to the Golden Gai area and seven minutes to the West gate of Shinjuku station. I’ll be back, and thanks for the great service.

The location is superb and the kitchen comes fully stocked with utensils and cutlery. The rooms are quite small, though, and if you’re staying with a child, even the bed may feel small.

There’s lots of room in the rooms, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location works perfectly for getting around Tokyo. I’d highly recommend it.

It’s on a quiet side street in a busy area, and the location is very convenient. The room was pleasantly spacious, well equipped, and very clean, with modern fittings and amenities. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. There’s a handy coffee shop downstairs in reception, with a 5% discount for residents, and several local supermarkets and corner shops very close by. I’ll definitely stay again.

The nearby izakaya were great, and the staff were lovely and accommodating. They helped with our luggage transfer and even put our bags in the room before we’d checked in. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and more than big enough for two. Having a washing machine in the room was really useful.
