For our first Toronto visit, a birthday trip, choosing Intercontinental worked out really well. The staff were VERY professional, kind and friendly, which made things smooth for us as tourists. They suggested some amazing nearby food options, since the attached restaurant's service was nowhere near what we expected. After we'd been out exploring, we came back to find amazing birthday desserts in our room, which made our night. The room also had beauty supplies, which were extremely useful. Definitely recommend, and we'll be back!

The service really made the stay memorable. Everyone I dealt with was attentive, courteous and eager to help, and the fitness center and pool were well maintained. The rooms were clean, beautifully designed and comfortable, with plush bedding and thoughtful amenities. Even in such a lively area, it was quiet enough for restful sleep. InterContinental Toronto Centre is right downtown, close to major attractions, dining and entertainment. From the moment I arrived, the elegant but welcoming atmosphere and the staff's genuine warmth stood out. It was an outstanding experience from beginning to end, with a great mix of comfort, convenience and sophistication. I'd gladly return and recommend it for a premium stay, whether visiting Toronto for work or leisure.

We stayed here as a family back in September and will definitely return. The room was clean, and the bathroom was well stocked. I was happy to find a proper door on the bathroom, not the glass sliding kind so many hotels use now. Intercontinental Toronto uses one of my favourite scents, too, a pleasant surprise. The staff were super friendly and professional. Kudos to Ardiz for making our stay extra special!

For my birthday, my husband and I booked a luxurious staycation, and everything went smoothly and looked beautiful. Ardiz at reception was lovely and went the extra mile, upgrading us to a room with a stunning view of the CN Tower and the lake. We also loved the pool. I'd absolutely recommend it for a peaceful stay.

A huge shout-out to Ayo and Manager David for making our birthday celebration fantastic. We got a top-floor upgrade with a great city view, and they even sent a little happy birthday dessert up to the room. The service was great, and the breakfast buffet is a 10/10. We'll definitely stay here again!
